In this episode, Caroline generously opens up about her experience following the sudden death of her dad in 2017. She discusses how people showed up for her, which ways were helpful, which weren't, and what she wishes she would've (and others would've) done differently.
During this time especially, so many people are grieving, so this is such a great episode to gain insight on how you can best show up for someone who is grieving.
